When can I check in on the day of arrival and when do I have to check out?
You can check in from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Is there a car park directly at the house and is it free of charge?
Yes, you can use our parking lot free of charge.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
No, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Are the flats cleaned during the stay?
Fresh linen and towels are provided once a week during your stay.
Is it possible to store mountain bikes and ski equipment?
There is a separate room in the basement for mountain bikes and ski equipment, which also has a washing machine.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
The minimum stay varies depending on the season and can be between 3 and 6 nights.
What are your payment terms?
We require a deposit of 50% of the total price. In addition, €80 will be charged for final cleaning and a local tax of €2.70 per guest per night. In addition, reservations will only be confirmed after receipt of the deposit.
What are your cancellation terms?
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to one month before arrival. From one month to two weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. From two weeks before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full amount will still be charged. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid any costs.
Is smoking permitted in the apartments?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments.
